Shipping & Returns Policy
Please read these Product Terms & Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving order notification. In most cases the goods arrive one to two days after dispatch. If you have not received your goods within 5 working days please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that for orders outside the UK delivery will take longer.
Customs and Import Duties may apply in some countries and these must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. We advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.
UK Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order.
Our standard UK delivery is a 3 – 5 day service (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take slightly longer.
For all UK deliveries, we always aim to deliver our orders on time. Unfortunately, there can be occasions where an unavoidable situation will mean this cannot happen and we will always endeavour to email you to let you know if there is a problem. Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered it, either directly or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour – see below. Once an item is delivered, risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to you.
The cost of standard UK delivery is £2.99.
You pay only one delivery charge per order, regardless of the number of deliveries that may be necessary.
Cancellation of order
If you order using the Funky Llama Ltd website, you have the right to cancel your order up to 28 days. Please email your cancellation request to; firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Name and Address.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you as follows:
If you paid by payment card, we will refund you on the payment card.
Refund straight to your paypal account
You must then return the goods to us at your expense. Note: If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Funky Llama Ltd, reserve the right not to accept their return. Funky Llama Ltd will refund you within 30 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery and it is your responsibility to insure the carriage. You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt, where upon you will be refunded in full.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but should you wish to return or exchange an item please contact us via email and we will give you our returns instructions.
You can pay by PayPal express, PayPal Pro and most major Debit Cards using Stripe.
Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. If there is a problem taking payment for all or part of your order we will contact you by email.
Time limitation for notification of claims
Damage in transit: If the goods arrive, in a damaged condition, you must make a note on the carrier's delivery note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 2 days of delivery.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or any loss to the customer arising from third party claims.
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days from delivery.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
Any claims regarding errors in dispatch or invoicing of any Product must be submitted to us within seven days of receipt of the advice note or invoice. We may refuse to recognise a claim not made within that period.
